20% non refundable deposit is required to hold the reservation.
80% balance needs to be paid 21 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation policy:
if you cancel the reservation 20-14 days prior to arrival, we will refund 60% of your total charges
if you cancel the reservation 13-7 days prior to arrival, we will refund 50% of your total charges
if you cancel the reservation 6-1 days prior to arrival, we will not refund any monies

Individual policies apply to groups over 6 persons.
